Preparation instructions (Fin) | Sulata huoneen lämmössä 60 min. Paista n. 10–12 min 220 °C. Kevyt höyrytys alkuun n. 5 sek, jos mahdollista. HUOM! Paistoarvot ovat ohjeellisia. Jäähdytä leipä kunnolla ennen pakkaamista, jotta kuori säilyy rapeana. Mikäli pakkaat leivän lämpimänä, jätä pussin suu auki. |
Preparation instructions (Swe) | Grädda så här: Tina upp i rumstemperatur i 60 min. Grädda vid 220 °C i ca 10–12 min. Om möjligt, ånga i början av gräddningen i ca 5 sek. OBS! Värderna är ungefärliga. För att brödet ska behålla sin knapriga skorpa ska du låta det svalna ordentligt innan det förpackas. Lämna påsen öppen om du förpackar brödet när det är varmt. |
