Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, seeds (10 %)(flax seed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed), corn flakes, WHEAT gluten, millet, BARLEY malt flour, dried sourdough (buckwheat, WHEAT), iodized salt (1,3 %), BARLEY malt extract, rapeseed oil, yeast. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF MILK, EGG, SOY AND SESAME SEEDS. Baked with sourdough. High salt content. Ready product may contain also other allergens from the other products handled in the bake-off.

| Preparation instructions (Fin) | Paisto-ohje: Sulata huoneenlämmössä n. 60 min. Höyrytys n. 7 sek paiston alkuun. Paista n. 10–12 min 220 °C. HUOM! Paistoarvot ovat ohjeellisia. Jäähdytä leipä kunnolla ennen pakkaamista, jotta kuori säilyy rapeana. Mikäli pakkaat leivän lämpimänä, jätä pussin suu auki. |
