Fazer Puikula Whole grain rye is one of the most popular breads in Finland, and is now also available frozen. Its perfect rye flavour comes from a long resting period and the rye starter used in baking. This bread is baked in Finland from 100% Finnish grain and it is high in fibre.
Ingredients
Whole grain RYE flour, water, WHEAT flour, crushed RYE malt, WHEAT gluten, BARLEY and RYE malt extract, yeast, RYE BRAN, iodized sea salt, RYE malt. Whole grain rye 49 % in bread and 77 % of the grain used in bread. Baked with sourdough. Do not refreeze.
