Authentic Italian soft and aromatic fresh cheese made from buffalo milk. A firm mozzarella crust and a soft, creamy, runny filling inside. Cheese is best at room temperature. Delicious on its own with a touch of olive oil and a pinch of salt & pepper. Also delicious on a bed of salad and on pizza.
