Matcha-Yuzu moussekakku vie makumatkalle nousevan auringon Aasiaan. Eksoottisen kakun pohjakerroksessa on trendikästä japanilaista hienoksi jauhettua vihreää matcha-teetä. Täytteenä on pehmeä mousse, jossa maistuu raikas ja aromikas aasialainen yuzu-sitrushedelmä. Näyttävän vihreän kuorrutuksen viimeistelee kultaiset yksityiskohdat. Kakku on leikattu 12 palaan. Yhden palan paino on noin 110 g.
