Kymppi Organic Mämmi is traditionally made by malting Finnish organic rye and organic rye malt. No sugar is added to the Mämmi, as the sugars and sweetness are formed naturally during malting. Traditionally enjoyed with cream or milk. Custard, curd, yogurt and berries are also suitable for flavoring mämmi. Mämmi is suitable for a vegan diet.
