The blueberry cake has a crispy baking base, a crème patissier filling and plenty of juicy wild blueberries on top (35%). The diameter of the berry cake (1.15 kg) is 26 cm and the cake is uncut. The blueberry cake tastes good cold as it is or a little warmed up, for example with ice cream.
