Filos vine leaf rolls are made from soft vine leaves, which hide inside rice flavored with herbs. Wine leaf rolls are a familiar dish in Greek taverns, and can be served as a main course, as a side dish to a meal, or as a treat for dinner parties. Wine leaf rolls are often served at room temperature, but you can also heat them in the microwave or in a pot. If you heat the rolls in a pot, put a little water in the bottom of the pot. The rolls taste very well with yogurt. Also squeeze a little lemon juice on top, and you will get the perfect taste experience.
