| Preparation instructions (Fin) | Sekoita tärkkelys pieneen määrään kylmää nestettä ja lisää se ruokaan koko ajan sekoittaen kun ruoan lämpötila on vähintään 95C°. Keitä 4minuutin ajan ja jäähdytä ruoka sitten alle 70 asteeseen, muuten tärkkelys jatkaa saostamista. Hedelmäjälkiruokaa valmistettaessa lisää puolet sokerista ennen suurustamista ja loput vasta kun ruoka on saostunut. |

Koka i 4 minuter och sänktemperaturen till max 70°C, annars fortsätter stärkelsen att verka och tjockna. Vid tillberedning av fruktdesserter tillsätts endast hälften av sockret i receptet innan avredning och den andra hälften först efter det att desserten har tjocknat. |
