Coconut cream is a thicker form of coconut milk. Coconut cream has an important place in Thai, Indian, Indonesian, and Polynesian cuisines. Spice Up! Coconut Cream gives a full and rich taste to food. Coconut cream can be used as normal cream in sauces and soups. In Thai cuisine coconut cream is also an important ingredient in sweet desserts. Once cold the cream gets solid but will be liquid after warming or shaking. Add cream to food and keep simmering slowly for a few minutes. To make milk from cream add 3 parts of cream and 1 part of water. No monkey labor has been used to collect coconuts.
