Spice Up! Szechuan Sauce is an authentic and very hot Chinese sauce. Szechuan is typically used in wok dishes. Add 200 g of chicken, pork, beef, shellfish, fish or tofu and 300 g of vegetables. Serve with noodles or rice. Spice Up sauces are packed in handy 100 g pouches. Sauce is for two.
Ingredients
Szechuan paste 32 % [sugar, shallot, water, garlic, sunflower oil, fish sauce (ANCHOVY EXTRACT, salt, sugar), mungbean, dried red chilli], water, sugar, onion, sunflower oil, salt, spirit vinegar, red chilli powder, modified tapioca starch, acidity regulator (citric acid, sodium acetate).
