Tuoppi 5 kg Archipelago bread flour mix contains all the ingredients except yeast. The traditional sweet archipelago bread is quick to make, and the result is guaranteed. Preparation instructions (Fin) | 10 leipää: 5,0 kg Tuoppi Saaristolaisleipä jauhoseos, 0,110 kg kuivahiiva, 3,250 kg vesi, öljyä vuokien voiteluun. Sekoita kuivahiiva jauhoseoksen joukkoon. Lisää lämmin (40-42 °C) vesi ja sekoita taikina tasaiseksi. Voitele 10 kpl 1,5 l vetoista leipävuokaa. Jaa taikina vuokiin (n. 0,690 kg / vuoka). Nostata 30 minuuttia ja paista 175 °C:ssa n. 50 - 60 min. Kumoa hieman jäähtyneet leivät vuoista ja anna jäähtyä kunnolla ennen leikkaamista. |
