Kymppi Potato Casserole is a genuine Tavastian sweetened casserole. The sweetness and smooth, soft texture are traditionally created by malting. The casserole made from Finnish potatoes also contains syrup and canola preparate. The casserole is a fully prepared frozen product that must be heated before consumption. The product is lactose-free and egg-free.
