Surgital's Laboratorio Tortellini is the brand's first pasta made from vegetable proteins. Peas, lentils and cauliflower have been used to make the pasta. The product is completely vegetarian and does not contain durum wheat flour at all. Pasta is naturally gluten-free and contains little fat and saturated fat and is an excellent source of fiber. The pasta is quick to prepare in just 1 minute of boiling water or you can add it directly to the sauce and cook few minutes.
