Kukko Cerveza Lager Mexicana 4.5% is a pale, refreshingly light, and filtered bottom-fermented beer. Corn flakes are used in the brewing process, enhancing the drinkability and light color of the beer. The hopping is gentle but brings a hint of citrus, which can be further highlighted with a slice of lemon or lime if desired. During the mashing process, enzymes have been favored to achieve the highest possible degree of fermentation, resulting in a lightness that is well balanced with the subtle hopping. Food recommendations: Light and fresh Mexican dishes, grilled or fried white fish and seafood, as well as various salads. Recommended serving temperature: +8 – +12 °C. The product is gluten-free.
