Authentic Italian, largely handmade hazelnut ice cream. Topped with whole roasted hazelnuts sprinkled by hand. High quality and affordable. Made from milk, contains less fat than ice cream. The dense structure typical of gelato does not contain as much air as regular ice cream. The serving temperature of gelato is lower than normal ice cream (around -15 degrees). Gluten free.
Ingredients
Rehydrated skimmed MILK, sugar, coconut oil, glucose syrup, HAZELNUT paste (4%), glucose-fructosesyrup, whole roasted HAZELNUTS (1%), caramelized sugar, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids),thickeners (sodium alginate, locust bean gum), flavouring.
