A tangy berry tart with a crème patissier filling on a shortcrust pastry base and a charming mix of redcurrants, blueberries and raspberries. The pie measures 28 cm in diameter and is pre-cut into 12 pieces, so you can take one piece at a time to thaw to minimize waste.
