These zucchini bites are made from zucchini combined with Mediterranean herbs and coated in panko breadcrumbs. Zucchini fritters are a familiar dish in Greek cuisine and are well suited for vegetarian and vegan diets. Serve as a main course or as a side dish. Perfect for quick serving occasions and street food–style concepts. Preparation: deep fryer 4-5 min at 175 °C.
