Naudan ulkofilee leikataan ja puhdistetaan huolellisesti kalvoista käsityönä. Tämän jälkeen pihvit nuijitaan erittäin ohuiksi ja asetellaan taittamatta kauniisti rasiaan. Pihvit on helppo paistaa pannulla ja ne valmistuvat erittäin nopeasti. Vain noin minuutti per puoli ja herkullisen mureat pihvit ovat valmiita. 100% kotimaista, GMO-vapaata lihaa perhetiloilta.
