Fredman plastic bags are made from food-grade LDPE plastic, so you can use them safely to prepare, store and transport food. Please note that the bags are suitable for freezing, storing food in a cold room and cooking at room temperature, but they do not withstand heating in high temperatures. Frozen food can be heated up by placing the bag in a bain-marie or thawed by putting it in the microwave.
