Authentic Italian, largely handmade Chocolate gelato with cocoa syrup and dark, milk and white chocolate curls. High quality and affordable. Made from milk, contains less fat than ice cream. The dense structure typical of gelato does not contain as much air as regular ice cream. The serving temperature of gelato is lower than normal ice cream (around -15 degrees). Gluten free.
Ingredients
Rehydrated skimmed MILK, sugar, CREAM, glucose syrup, cocoa paste (6,2%), water, glucose-fructosesyrup, cocoa powder (2,2%), BUTTER, cocoa butter, whole and skimmed MILK powder, emulsifiers (mono- anddiglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin, SOY lecithin), thickeners (sodium alginate, locust bean gum, pectin),flavourings.
