On sitten joulu tai juhannus, häät tai sukukokous, niin graavilohifilee siivuina on kalapöydän ehdoton herkku. Se sopii kalalautaselle muiden makujen viereen, koristeltuihin napostelupaloihin tai aamiaisella ruisleivän päälle vaikka tillin kera. Kalaneuvoksen lohi on kasvatettu vastuullisesti Pohjois-Norjan Lofoottien alueella ja Lofoottien pohjoispuolella. Graavattu lohifilee siivuina valmistetaan aina tuoreesta kalasta, ei pakasteesta.
