Euro-East delicious sauerkraut with carrot is made using the traditional method of lactic acid fermentation. As the name suggests, sauerkraut tastes sour, and we've seasoned it with just salt to avoid extra sugars. Sauerkraut is suitable as part of the daily diet. It can be eaten on its own and as a side dish to meals, and in addition, it can be used versatilely in cooking. Sauerkraut can be used to spice up soups, pies, baked dishes, salads and casseroles. If desired, the strong taste of sauerkraut can be softened by rinsing it lightly under cold water.Pasteurized and preservative-free.
