HK salamies are made from Finnish meat in Vantaa, Finland. HK Thin sliced Archipelago salami is thinly sliced, seasoned with sea salt and juniper berry, and slowly cold-smoked in delicate alder smoke. Have it in a sandwich, in an antipasto platter, as a snack on its own or on pizza. After use, recycle the packaging as plastic.
Ingredients
Finnish meat (pork, beef), sea salt, meat protein, spices (e.g. juniper berries), flavourings, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), preservative (E250). 125 g of meat has been used for 100 g of the product. High in salt. LACTOSE-FREE. GLUTEN-FREE. HIGH IN PROTEIN.
