Preparation instructions (Fin) | Ota liha huoneenlämpöön 1/2 tuntia ennen valmistusta. Leikkaa tangosta 1-2 cm paksuja pihvejä. Muotoile pihvit painamalla niitä kevyesti kädellä. Paista kuumalla pannulla tai grillaa n. 2 min molemmilta puolilta. Pihvi saa mielellään jäädä punertavaksi sisältä, jotta mehukkuus säilyy. Mausta suolalla ja pippurilla. |
