Preparation instructions (Fin) | Ota liha huoneenlämpöön 1/2 tuntia ennen valmistusta. Voit halutessasi poistaa kalvon kylkirivin sisäpuolelta terävällä veitsellä. Mausta liha mielesi mukaan ja aseta se uunivuokaan lihapuoli ylöspäin. Kypsennä uunissa 140 °C:ssa foliolla peitettynä kunnes liha irtoaa helposti luista, n. 3 – 4 h. Halutessasi voit grillata pintaan kauniin värin. Tuote on mahdollista kypsentää myös pakkauksessaan vesihauteessa. |
Preparation instructions (Swe) | Tag köttet i rumstemperatur 1/2 timme före tillredning. Hinnan på insidan av benen kan eventuellt tas bort innan tillredning. Krydda efter egen smak och lägg köttet i en ugnssäker form med köttsidan uppåt. Ugnsstek i 140 °C med folie tills köttet lossnar lätt från benen, ca 3– 4 timmar. Vill man så kan man ge ribsen färg på grillen. Det är också möjligt att tillaga produkten i dess förpackning i vattenbad. |
