Reissumies Gluteeniton on pyöreä palaleipä, joka on rakenteeltaan sopivan pehmeä, mutta maultaan luonteikas. Reissumies Gluteeniton on leivottu aitoon taikinajuureen. Pääraaka-aineena on kotimainen tattari. Leivottu Lahdessa gluteenittomassa leipomossa.
