Gold & Green® vegetarian nuggets make it easy to prepare vegetarian versions of familiar foods. The nuggets are made of pea proteins and include plenty of plant power, protein and iron, which are important for everyone, not only for people following plant-based diets. Crispy nuggets are an easy choice for a vegetable-rich diet. Portion the content of the package (2.5 kg) to one 1/1 65 mm Gastronorm (GN) pan. Bake at 160 °C for approximately 20 minutes using the forced air function.
Ingredients
Water, textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), gluten-free breading (rice flour, chickpea flour, corn starch, dextrose), rapeseed oil, flavourings, stabiliser (E461), salt, citrus fiber, modified starch, preservative (sorbic acid), vitamins (riboflavin (B2), B12 and D2), iron and iodine.
