Aavistuksen voimakkaampi humalointi kuitenkin erottaa tämän luostarioluen muista, makupaletti pyyhkäistään jälkimaussa puhtaaksi ja suuhun jää raikas, virkistynyt maku. Erinomainen janonsammuttaja, joka toimii myös upeasti ruokajuomana mm. perinteisten saksalaisten makkaroiden sekä pitkään kypsytetyn sianlihan kumppanina.
