Oljenkeltainen, hieman vihreään vivahtava kuohuviini, jossa pienten pitkäkestoisten kuplien muodostamat päättymättömät helminauhat luovat juhlavaa tunnelmaa ja vistivät viinin erinomaisesta rakenteesta. Raikkaan hedelmäisestä tuoksusta löytyvät Montelvinille tyypilliset akaasiankukka, visteri ja omenaisuus, joka tämän viinin kohdalla on lähellä Golden Delicious -lajiketta. Ylellinen maku on täynnä pehmeää eleganssia. Huippuprosecco, jonka keskeisin luonteenpiirre on täydellinen tasapaino.
