Beronia Rueda Verdejo on viini, joka kuvastaa hyvin rypäleen ja maaperän saumatonta yhteistyötä. Verdejo on Ruedan alkuperäisrypälelajike ja sen juuret ulottuvat aina 1000-luvulle asti ja tällä alueella tuotetuista viineistä on muodostunut todellisia ilmiöitä. Viini on kauniin vaalean keltainen, jossa häivähdys vihreää. Tuoksu on intensiivinen sekoitus fenkolia, valkoisia kukkia ja vastaleikattua nurmikkoa sekä kivellisiä hedelmiä. Maku on kuiva, aromikas ja täyteläinen. Pitkä viipyilevä maku, hyvin tasapainoinen hapokkuus ja rypäleelle tyypillinen katkeruus, joka antaa viinille pitkän jälkimaun.
