Semi-dry non-alcoholic white wine made from Chardonnay grapes in vineyards in the south of France. The wine is matured for a year, after which the alcohol is removed by a patented method that leaves the wine’s natural aromas and character. Thanks to its balanced acidity and sweetness, it goes well with both fish and poultry, but it can also be combined with stronger flavors.
