ED Hydrated Blue Raspberry is a completely new kind of energy drink: a hydrating energy drink with electrolytes. Hydrating ED Hydrated Blue Raspberry contains electrolytes, such as magnesium. The carbohydrate and electrolyte solution improves water absorption during physical exercise, and the magnesium promotes optimal electrolyte balance. Added with B vitamins and caffeine. The beverage is high in caffeine (32 mg per 100 ml), and it is not recommended for children or when pregnant or nursing. Consumption recommendation: at most two bottles a day.
