Vin Chaud is like it was created for Finland. Although in my opinion a little more refined than Finnish mulled wine. The spiciness is not as harsh, but the idea is to warm up a delicate moment with a drink, which you can spice up with red wine if you wish. A cheap red wine is best for this drink, because it is not intended to be swirled in a glass, but to let the flavors take over. Alpine huts or winter Central European Christmas markets, a fire, good company and – Lionnen Vin Chaud, improves the world, tastes good, warms and gives energy. Thanks to this drink, the darkness recedes, at least for a while.
