The new Lahden Erikois IPA 4.5% is a pale, unfiltered and only slightly cloudy modern IPA. Besides the rich fruity aroma, it features the “green” tone of fresh hops and with light hint of pine. The flavour features delicious tropical fruits, like mango and the citrus of sweet tangerine. The bitterness is noticeable, as is typical of IPA, yet not aggressive, which enhances its drinkability to a significant extent. A very fruit-driven, balanced and drinkability-oriented India Pale Ale. Enjoy with a juicy burger, street food, pizza or savoury snacks. Best served at 8–10°C.
