Kukko Summer Ale is a crisp and light American ale. Its golden-yellow color and subtle caramel-like sweetness combine with refreshing citrusy fruitiness and a hint of floral notes. While the taste is very smooth, the beer also offers a pleasant liveliness. The finish leaves a delightful dry aftertaste. This beer pairs excellently with light summer dishes such as grilled vegetables, salmon, or white chicken dishes. Fresh salads and mild cheeses also perfectly complement its balanced flavor profile.
