MONIN Pink Grapefruit flavored syrup gets its taste from the sour-sweet and slightly tangy aroma of blood grapefruit. The taste works well both salty and sweet. You can use it to make lovely summery, cooling cocktails and mocktails, lemonade, smoothies and tea. Also try it in cooking, such as in a salad and combined with coriander, chilli and shellfish.
