MONIN Lemon Rantcho is an unsweetened lemon juice concentrate without pulp and is made from 50% juice of the finest Sicilian lemons. The sealer is convenient to use instead of lemon juice because of its natural taste and smell. Praised by bartenders, this product is great for cocktails and mocktails, but it's also popular in cooking for its consistency, acidity and freshness.
Ingredients
Water, concentrated lemon juice, acidifying agent: citric acid, lemon-lime natural flavouring, colouring agent: E161b, anti- oxidizing agent: ascorbic acid, emulsifiers: acacia gum, E445. Made from 50% lemon juice. Contains sulphites.
