Nederburg Edelrood on tumman marjaisa, lämmin punaviini Etelä-Afrikan palkituimmalta viinitalolta. Rypäleet ovat kasvaneet Paarlin, Darlingin ja Stellenboschin alueilla ja ne on kerätty käsin sekä koneella helmi-maaliskuun aikana. Murskaamisen jälkeen rypäleet ovat käyneet lämpötilakontrolloidussa terästankissa 25-28 asteessa. Viiniä on kypsytetty 8-12 kk tammitynnyreissä. Edel rood tarkoittaa afrikaansin kielellä jaloa punaviiniä (englanniksi noble red)
