Dry, fairly full-bodied and soft berry rosé with balanced acids. The wine is made from grapes that are grown in the western part of the Languedoc-Rousillon wine region in the south of France. The impact of the Atlantic on the climate is significant. The grapes are crushed and used for a short time with the skins to give the wine its beautiful pink color.
