Raikastamo Pro offers high-quality, great-tasting beverage concentrates for professional kitchens in convenient, high-yield 5-litre packs. Unopened, the canister-packed concentrates are shelf-stable at room temperature, making storage easy in HoReCa settings. Refreshing apple juice is a long-time favourite across all ages and an excellent choice for institutional kitchens and restaurants. Dilution 1+5; yields 30 L of ready-to-drink beverage.
Ingredients
Water, sugar, apple juice from concentrate, flavouring, acid (malic acid), antioxidant (E300), caramel colour (E150c), preservatives (E202, E211). Ready-to-drink beverage contains 7.3% juice and 6.7% added sugar.
