Raikastamo Pro offers high-quality, great-tasting beverage concentrates for professional kitchens in convenient, high-yield 5-litre packs. Unopened, the canister-packed concentrates are shelf-stable at room temperature, making storage easy in HoReCa settings. Mixed juice offers a delicious combination of fruity and berry flavours: the gentle sweetness of apple complemented by refreshing cherry and aromatic aronia. Dilution 1+7; yields 40 L of ready-to-drink beverage.
Ingredients
Water, sugar, apple, aronia and cherry juice from concentrate, flavouring, acid (citric acid), preservatives (E202, E211). Ready-to-drink beverage contains 15,7% juice and 5,8% added sugar.
