Backer's Danish organic wholemeal bread, Danskish, has drawn inspiration from both German and Danish baking traditions. The bread's rich and balanced flavor comes from different types of grains and seeds. What makes Backer's Danish whole grain bread unique (-ish) is the special combination of ingredients. Danskish is just as suitable for everyday use as it is for parties, and is suitable for various types of events and buffets. The development of Backers' Danskish is based on long local baking traditions in Snappertuna, and the local craftsmanship has been fully utilized. The product is dairy-free and vegan.
