Fazer House Vanilla bun dough is a raw frozen bun dough with delicious vanilla filling. Check out also Fazer House Cinnamon bun dough. These doughs can be used to bake dozens of unique products for vitrines, to complete conference serving or to take away. The length of the bun dough bar is 26 cm, and it can be used to make an average of 5–6 buns.

Preparation instructions (Fin) | Sulatus 1-3 tuntia huoneenlämmössä. Muotoile taikina haluamallasi tavalla ja nostata 45-60 min nostatuskaapissa tai huoneenlämmössä (jolloin nostatusaika on pidempi). Voitele kanamunalla ja koristele haluamallasi tavalla. Paista n.180-200 °C. Paistoaika riippuu tuotteen koosta ja muodosta. |
Preparation instructions (Swe) | Låt bulledegen tina upp i rumstemperatur i 1-3 timmar. Forma degen såsom önskas och låt degen jäsa 45-60 min i jäsningsskåpet eller rumstemperatur (då jäsningstiden är längre) Pensla bullarna med ägg och garnera på önskat sätt. Grädda i ca 180–200 °C. Gräddningstiden beror på storleken och formen på produkten. |
