Calmly Finnish. Rest does a world of good, both for people and for baguettes. This baguette has been painstakingly made from a sourdough root using Finnish wholegrain oats.
Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, OAT kernel (9 %), rapeseed oil, iodized salt (1,3 %), yeast, WHEAT gluten. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF MILK AND SESAME SEEDS. 14 % of the grain is whole grain oat. High salt content. Ready product may contain also other allergens from the other products handled in the bake-off.
