Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, OAT kernel (11 %), seeds (2 %)(sunflower seed, flax seed), iodized salt (1,1 %), yeast. 19 % of the grain is whole grain oat. Ready product may contain also other allergens from the other products handled in the bake-off.

Preparation instructions (Fin) | Paisto-ohje: Sulata huoneenlämmössä n. 60 min. Höyrytys n. 7 sek paiston alkuun. Paista n. 10–12 min 220°C. HUOM! Paistoarvot ovat ohjeellisia. Jäähdytä leipä kunnolla ennen pakkaamista, jotta kuori säilyy rapeana. Mikäli pakkaat leivän lämpimänä, jätä pussin suu auki. |
Preparation instructions (Swe) | Grädda så här: Tina upp i rumstemperatur ca 60 min. Ånga i början av gräddningen 7 sek. Grädda i ugn vid 220 °C i ca 10–12 min. OBS! Värderna är ungefärliga. För att brödet ska behålla sin knapriga skorpa ska du låta det svalna ordentligt innan det förpackas. Lämna påsen öppen om du förpackar brödet när det är varmt. |
