Baked taking all the time in the world. This bread has been given plenty of time to develop flavor from rye sourdough. The crunchy crust is like a package that preserves the great taste.
Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, RYE grain, whole grain RYE flour, iodized salt, rapeseed oil, vinegar, potato flakes, BARLEY malt extract, salt, yeast. MAY CONTAIN MILK, EGG AND SOYA. Baked with sourdough. High salt content. Salt 1,4 %. Ready product may contain also other allergens from the other products handled in the bake-off.

Jäähdytä leipä kunnolla ennen pakkaamista, jotta kuori säilyy rapeana. Mikäli pakkaat leivän lämpimänä, jätä pussin suu auki. |
| Preparation instructions (Swe) | Grädda så här: Tina upp i rumstemperatur i ca 60 min. Ånga i början av gräddningen 7 sek. Grädda i ugn vid 220 °C i ca 10–12 min. OBS! Värderna är ungefärliga. För att brödet ska behålla sin knapriga skorpa ska du låta det svalna ordentligt innan det förpackas. Lämna påsen öppen om du förpackar brödet när det är varmt. |
