Water, rice (28 %), whole grain RYE flour (12 %), WHEAT flour, rapeseed oil, vegetable margarine [rapeseed oil, water, fully hydrogenated rapeseed oil, salt, emulsifier (E471), flavour, colour (E160a)], dextrose, MILK protein, iodized salt (1,0 %), WHEAT gluten, RYE malt. 70 % of the flour used in baking is rye.
