Fazer Seed Bread Gluten Free is made entirely without gluten. In addition, more than half of the gluten-free flour has been replaced with seeds and grains. Fazer Seed Bread Gluten Free is a great source of protein, fibre and omega-3 fatty acids. The bread is high in fibre with a 8.4% fibre content, it contains no added sugar and it is lactose-free. Suitable for low-FODMAP diets, like most gluten-free products.
Ingredients
Seeds (39 %)(sunflower, flax and pumpkin seeds), water, gluten free whole grain OAT flakes, gluten free whole grain OAT flour, tapioca starch, yeast, psyllium, iodized salt, preservative (E282). MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF MUSTARD SEEDS AND SESAME SEEDS. 100 % of the grain in bread is whole grain oat.
