Happins Pinsa is the modern evolution of pizza. It is something new and surprising and you can fill it with your own favorite toppings and be a creative. Pinsa´s unique features are great digestibility, there been used, for example, extra virgin olive oil and rice flour in the recipe. Try and become a fan!

| Preparation instructions (Fin) | Kypsennä ritilällä (ei pellillä) esilämmitetyssä kiertoilmauunissa 250 °C noin 4-5 minuuttia. Täytä haluamillasi täytteillä joko ennen tai jälkeen paistamisen. Käytä kypsennyksen jälkeen. Säilytä sulatuksen jälkeen jääkaapissa ja käytä 24 tunnin kuluessa. Älä pakasta uudelleen. |
| Preparation instructions (Swe) | Tillaga på galler (ingen plåt) i en förvärmd varmluftsungn på 250 °C i ca. 4-5 minuter. Fyll med önskad fyllning antingen före eller efter gräddningen. Ska konsumeras efter tillagning. Efter upptining, förvara i kylskåp och konsumera inom 24 timmar. Frys inte in igen. |
